Our Toyota Tacoma Rock Sliders should be the very first modification you do before off-roading your 2nd or 3rd gen Tacoma! Our Tacoma Rock Sliders provide a huge level of protection to the underside and rocker-panel of your truck, which is most susceptible to damage while off-roading. Our Tacoma Sliders are built tough right here in NY, and are going to protect your investment while looking sharp in the process. This pair of sliders bolts right on to your truck, and requires no cutting or welding to install. (Interested in ordering a weld-on set? Email us!)
Our sliders will fit both the 2nd and 3rd gen Tacoma, both long bed access cab and short bed double cab options. With over 2″ of up and down adjustability, you can tailor your install toward maximum clearance offroad or easier step-up access into the cab. With both 0° and 10° (pictured) angle options, you can further maximize ground clearance. A kick-out just before the rear wheel is included and is vital to protecting your bed-sides when navigating tight turns. These kick-outs will push the vehicle off trees and rocks before they impact your bed-side and rear wheel. Our slider top-plates are dimpled to provide better grip when standing on them once muddy or wet.
With our sliders installed, you will be able to tackle rocks and treacherous terrain with confidence. Our sliders are more than strong enough to support the weight of your vehicle when laid up against a rock, or when being used as a jack-point for offroad repairs.
NOTE: Our rock sliders are shipped out raw (no paint) with a rust-preventative coating. We recommend powder coating or Raptor-Liner for the most durable finish (Raptor Liner is what we used to coat the sliders shown in the product photos, you can get a DIY kit for a great result here).

Q&A:
Q: Rock sliders vs Side-steps, what’s the difference?
A: Side steps are available from many retailers (and from the factory) for relatively low cost, however serve a completely different purpose than Rock Sliders. Side steps are purely cosmetic additions to allow for easier access to the vehicle cab. They are often extremely light-weight and will not withstand impacts from rocks and terrain off-road. In addition, most side steps drop down significantly (especially the predator tube steps available from the factory) and will cause a huge amount of headaches offroad, constantly getting hung-up on rocks and taking significant damage. Rock sliders provide maximum protection and strength to your rig, while maintaining maximum ground clearance and still acting as a step-up platform for access to the roof rack of your vehicle.
Q: How do I choose 0° vs 10° top plate angle?
A: This is largely up to aesthetic and functional preference. A 0° top plate (i.e. parallel with the ground) will sit slightly lower to the ground, but provide a flat surface for stepping up into the vehicle and accessing the roof. A 10° top plate (steel tubing and top plate of the sliders are angled upward 10* from the ground) will better hug the body of the vehicle, providing more clearance offroad. If you are unsure which to pick, we recommend the 10° option.
